Each Modform design purposefully positions the bedrooms at one end of the house, peacefully separating them from the entertainment zones.

Master bedrooms feature a stunning walk-in his and hers dressing room with high quality wood veneer shelving and drawers with quiet, soft-close mechanisms. A full-length mirror is lit for perfect viewing. Meanwhile, the bed is positioned to face expansive double-glazed glass windows and doors opening out to your site’s unique landscape features.

The other bedrooms are sensibly compact, taking into consideration the family activities happening elsewhere in the family room, office/study and outdoors. These rooms, separated from the rest of the house by sound-proof masonry walls and sealed doors, are designed for restful sleeping.

Integrated furniture and storage in the bedrooms mean little additional furniture is required, keeping the bedrooms streamlined for easy living and cleaning. Further storage for linen or toys is cleverly hidden in the hallway opposite the rooms, as is the functional laundry featuring a 2-metre counter with large tub.
